      • Seniors don’t get alot. I worked 55 yrs of my life to get very little. Anyone one on SSD should be thankful it’s offered. People who paid into it for many years are paying for the disabled. It shouldn’t be that I have to share my money I earned to give to some one else. My last 5 yrs of working I had several medical (even cancer) problems and was turned down for disability. I had to struggle to work until I could retire. How is that fair?

        • I agree. Seniors doesn’t hardly get enough to make ends meet. I know my husband draws ssdi and not enough to make ends meet. I have c to work at two jobs, don’t even make 290$ in two weeks on one of them, maybe 224+ on the other one a week. It mostly goes for electric and water and maybe a couple days of grocies. So, really we all could use extra help!!

      • Families with children that are still dependent on them should apply for that child tax credit. I believe you can collect $600. Or more for each child. I believe you can file for it every year at tax time… you might go to irs .gov and find out more about that. Every little bit helps.
        Peace n Love

    • I’m on SSDI &SSI, I have a brain injury from a brutal crime, it’s not my fault that I’m disabled. I struggle financially every month and, the income I receive from SSA is considered living below poverty level. I believe all SSDI&SSI recipients living below poverty should also receive the increase. I’m sorry it’s not my fault and it’s not fair….
