New Form 1040 Instructions

What is the use of a 1040 Form in USA?

Process to file the IRS form 1040?

  1. I’m 67 yrs of age very low income SSI before this 3.2 cola my SSI is 270.71 month and my soc security consists of 883.00 a month.. I’m really confused on all this information I’m permanently disabled totally. On order for me to be eligible for whatever I’m eligible for or possibly may be will I have to file taxes im typically non filer as I’m just listed above my totally income.
